Terms and Conditions for Arctic Tattoo studio Giveaways

By entering the Tattoo Appointment Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Arctic Tattoo studio are not eligible to participate.

Prize

• One winner will receive a tattoo appointment at Arctic Tattoo studio.

• The tattoo design and size are subject to the discretion of the studio, in consultation with the winner, but must fall within reasonable guidelines and be approved by the artist.

• Prize does not include tips, travel expenses, or any additional costs related to the tattoo.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be contacted via phone and must respond within two week time frame] to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the given time, another winner will be selected.

Tattoo Appointment Details

• The winner will be required to schedule their tattoo appointment with Arctic Tattoo studio within three years of the giveaway announcement date.

• If the winner does not schedule their appointment within this time frame, they forfeit the prize.

• All tattoos must comply with studio policies and regulations, including safety and health standards.

Publicity

• By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes by Arctic Tattoo studio, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Disqualification

• Entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or do not comply with the entry requirements will be disqualified.

• Arctic Tattoo studio reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or engaging in any fraudulent activities.

Privacy

• Personal data collected for the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner.

• Arctic Tattoo studio will not share or sell personal information to third parties unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

• Arctic Tattoo studio is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/receipt of the prize.

• Arctic Tattoo studio is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may occur during the Giveaway.

General Terms

• The Giveaway is governed by the Australian Consumer Laws.
